When do you make your deliveries?

Please note that all deliveries are only made on working days, between 10am and 9pm. That means we do not deliver on weekends and Public Holidays. We love serving all of you, but we love family time too :)


When will my subscription order be delivered?

All subscriptions are delivered every week on Mondays, unless that Monday is a Public Holiday - in which case your subscription will be delivered the next working day.


Where do you deliver to?

We deliver island-wide in Singapore! We also deliver anywhere on Sentosa at no extra charge. We currently do not ship outside of Singapore.


How do your cut-off times work/what are your delivery options?

We currently offer two option for delivery:
$6 Normal Delivery (3-5 Working Days) - Your order (placed before 5pm) will be delivered within the next 3-5 working days.

$8 Next Working Day Delivery - Your order (placed before 5pm) will be delivered the next working day.


Can I deliver 1 order to multiple locations? Can I indicate multiple locations in one checkout basket?

No, you may not. Delivery charges are charged per location.


Can I choose a specific delivery day and time?

You can indicate a preferred date/time in the additional comments box, but we can’t promise anything on the specific timing!


How long do your cold brews last?

All our cold brews can last for 6 days including the day of delivery. We do not add any stabilisers, preservatives or dump espresso shots, and every bottle is brewed fresh everyday and bottled the morning of delivery.


Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Reach out to support@parallelcoffeeroasters.com with your order number and request. Most of the time we’ll be able to make amends on our end - but there’s an off chance you’ll need to cancel and reorder. Reach out, and we’ll let you know!


I got my orders, but can’t tell them apart - what’s what?

All bottle caps are labelled - W: White, WS: White Sweetened, BS: Black Sweetened, O: Oat, OS: Oat Sweetened.


Can I do cash on delivery, or PayLah/PayNow/Bank Transfer you for my orders? Can I order through IG/FB/WhatsApp?

All orders must be placed via our website. We do not take orders or payments via other channels, unless we have separate arrangements with you for bulk/custom purchases.


How do I order in bulk?

Please drop us a note here! Note that bulk order pricing only applies on orders of more than 50 bottles. Upper tiers with lower pricing apply to orders of 100 and 150 bottles only.


I want a refund on my order. What should I do?

As these products are perishables, refunds will only be considered on a case by case basis. Please ensure that you reach out as soon as you encounter an issue. Drop us an email at support@parallelcoffeeroasters.com for consideration. Do note that Tingkat orders are strictly not refundable, but we can change your delivery address so you can gift your balance coffees to a friend of yours.
